Each product has a "Ships In" attribute in its product page. This information indicates the number of business days it will take on average for that item to be shipped out to you after the orders had been placed. While every effort is made to insure that availability and stock status is accurate, we cannot be responsible for inaccuracies published on the web site as they are dependant on supplier accuracy and information.
All orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS through Ground or Express service. Note that Fedex and UPS do not ship to P.O. Box numbers. Weekend delivery is not available. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the status of your order. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the carrier tracking number for your order if one is available.
The Yanko Design Store is now open for international customers. Some products are available only to certain destinations while others are available worldwide. Please sure to check the product page for shipping availability to your location. Note that you may incur a customs duty fee when products cross the border into your country. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the shipment destination. The shipping fees that are charged are based on quotes taken directly from FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping calculators. Estimations may at times be less or more than actual shipping costs. Yanko Design will not charge extra or refund for differences between real and estimated shipping costs.
