Rating Ordered this about a week ago and just received it!
It comes with both screws and wall plugs as well as a super strong 3M adhesive pad if you don't want to make holes in your wall (Which I don't)
Just mounted it to my wall and it works really well. Very clever design! (Posted on 11/8/10)
