The frames themselves are built solidly and the magnets are very strong. Initially I had a hard time playing with the frames and keeping them from attracting each other even when I put the pieces inches away, but that's a good thing. If you visit their website, you'll see the frames packaged in nice boxes. Be aware that when you order the frames only, you don't receive them in the boxes and instead just get them in bubble wrap.

I had ordered 4 sets and only received 1 set. I had tried to contact the manufacturer directly since they sent it directly, but I could never get through on the phone and they never replied to my emails or website form submissions. Finally I contact Yanko Design directly and they were able to get through to the manufacturer, who then sent the remaining 3 sets overnight. Good thing too, because I was planning on giving these frames to my brothers for being groomsmen in my wedding. They included two extra frames too, so that was a very nice touch.
